License Agreement

You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights. GFTT Inc. reserves all rights not specifically granted to Licensee. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Product is the property of the applicable content owner and is protected by applicable law. The license granted under this Agreement gives Licensee no rights to such content.

GFTT Inc. prohibits you from:
(i) Modifying or creating any derivative works of the Product or documentation, including translation or localization.
(ii) Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the Product (except to the extent that applicable laws do not specifically prohibit such restriction).
(iii) Redistributing, encumbering, selling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring rights of the Product.
(iv) Removing or altering any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Product.
(v) Publishing any results of benchmark tests run on the Product to a third party without GFTT Inc.'s prior written consent, the infringer is personally held liable for all the damages caused to the Product as it is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Responsibilities

· Must uphold the exclusive rights of GFTT Inc., and comply with all the defined terms and conditions of use of the product.
· May use the site exclusively to access the e-tutorial or gain information about the company/products/services. No material, appearing in any form, in whole or in part, may be disseminated in any form - reproduced, copied, republished, posted, uploaded or distributed - or included in any retrieval system or service without prior notice and permission from GFTT Inc. Any request for permission can be addressed to support@GFTT.com. Unauthorized use of content may violate applicable copyright and other laws. Users are also prohibited from posting offensive, defamatory, obscene, and indecent or any profane material that constitutes or encourages a conduct that can give rise to a civil liability or equal a criminal offense. The use of this site should be as an independent entity and not as an independent contractor, partner, employee or agent of GFTT Inc. for any purpose.
· Responsible for usage of the account and maintenance of the secrecy of the password. All material submitted to the company will become the exclusive property of GFTT Inc. Breach or misuse of all or any of the terms as per the agreed upon contract should be reported to support@GFTT.com. The user does not have the authority to assign, sub-license or transfer any of the rights under the aforementioned terms.
